Follow Up, Resources & Takeaways

Follow Up The vast majority of participants that attend “typical” training programs will forget 70% of what they have learned within two weeks. Our goal is to have people remember 95% or more, and actually put what they learn into practice. In order to help ensure follow through, we suggest that the teams plan 30 and 60 day follow up meetings.

The participants can also partner up and hold each other accountable on a consistent and regular basis. Lastly, we can also provide reinforcement by delivering webinars and virtual presentations to summarize and highlight Making Minutes! Best Practices.

Resources and TakeawaysThroughout the workshop we will provide valuable resources so that your employees can continue to learn and grow as they please. Ideally, you can create an internal “Making Minutes!” page where your staff can find a long list of resources to help them make the most of their minutes. Resources include:
  • Agenda template for running effective meetings
  • Spreadsheets for prioritizing and managing daily tasks
  • Mindful Minutes
  • Communication Vehicles
  • Article: The Bad News on Multi-Tasking
  • Meetings Best Practices
  • Email Best Practices
  • Making Minutes! Action Items Sheet
